Joe Pasqualetto
Born and raised in Jersey City, Joe attended St. Peter’s Preparatory School, and Saint Peter’s University, graduating summa cum laude. He then received his Doctorate in Law from Seton Hall University and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1983.
Before starting his own firm in 1992, he was an associate in a mid-sized defense litigation law firm for several years. Thereafter, he received an offer from a small boutique firm in Bloomfield where his concentration was in personal injury cases. Two years later he was given an offer of partnership in 1986 in the Law Firm of Leo, Johnson & Pasqualetto, Esqs. In 1992 he decided to leave the firm to start his own firm in Monmouth County to be closer to his family, and to fulfill a life-long ambition of becoming your “hometown attorney.”
Joe also has a passion to help his community and those who have given so much to him. He has been very involved in various social and non-profit organizations. He was founding President and Trustee of the Hazlet Township Foundation for Excellence in Education for three years, a former Board of Director of the Rotary Club of Hazlet for eight years, and was the President of the Hazlet United Soccer Association for almost 20 years. He also has volunteered in his Church, helping in the Food Pantry, leading a Bible study group and performing pro bono legal services for the Church. These experiences have provided him with opportunities to make a difference in his community.
Joe is married to his wife, Toni. Together they have five children and are proud grandparents to their baby’s babies. Joe has resided in Hazlet since 1986.

Tracy Boyle
Tracy has been our “rock” for over 30+ years, working for Joe for all of them (if you can believe it!). Tracy has been involved in handling, organizing and managing our clients in thousands of real estate transactions over the years. She is kind, considerate, helpful and, oh did I mention, smart. Aside from being Joe’s right hand lady helping clients with their real estate transactions and other legal needs, Tracy is a blessing to our firm.
Dorothy Cedar
Dorothy, or “Dot” as we call her, has been with the firm for about the same time as Tracy. She has been an integral part in our office serving the needs of our clients. Working both full and part time, depending upon her “life schedule” (she is now a grandmother), Dot is dependable, conscientious and compassionate, and we are blessed to have her with us.
Darlene Bovo
Darlene Bovo is our “jack of all trades” assistant who is available to us for any need we may have at any given time. She has been with the firm for over 20 years. When it comes to serving our clients, she is always congenial, respectful and selfless. We are blessed by her presence.

Gaetano Salatino
Gaetano “Guy” is Joe’s first grandson, and the real boss of the law office of Joseph P. Pasqualetto. At the ripe age of four, Guy is already taking his legal side hustle very seriously. We’re pretty positive he won’t follow in Poppy’s footsteps, but he sure is cute when he’s in charge.
