I finally decided that I should have a website. So with my daughter’s professional talent and guidance, welcome. Hopefully you will see that I am a down-to-earth attorney with a tenacious ambition to help and care for the needs of our clients. 

The Law Firm of Joseph P. Pasqualetto, Esq. is a general practice firm, practicing in several specific areas of the law. We provide skilled and extensive experience in our legal representation of our clients, regardless of where you live in New Jersey. We have been proudly helping clients with their legal needs, making them our professional and personal priority since 1983. Together, with our support staff, we are conscientious, highly motivated and dedicated to serve you, and we return phone calls!!

As a general practice firm, our work covers a diversified area of legal matters, with a strong emphasis and heavy concentration on Real Estate transactions, both residential and commercial, performing thousands of real estate closings throughout the years. We also have a large client base in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Estate needs and have experience in Commercial/Company/Business formations & Leases.

Joseph P. Pasqualetto, Esq. is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. Federal Courts.  He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of New Jersey, the American Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.   

Our family of clients include many well known local businesses, as well as individuals, who come to us for guidance, direction and legal representation. We are especially humbled by the fact that approximately 92% of our new work comes from repeat clients and referrals of those clients we have previously represented.
